Good value for money in a good location near transport and Chinatown

This is not a problem with hotel. but with Booking.com messages. Before I arrived, Booking.com sent me a message about key collection procedure, however the links to procedure was removed. When I arrived the Hotel had good instructions posted on door (QR code link) for how to retrieve keys from lockbox so all good in the end but I was anxious about missing this information in Booling.com message and I was crossing my fingers I could sort out when I arrived.

This place is near the MRT and the Hua Lamphing Station. We had to catch some early trains and didnt want to travel with full luggage, so we looke for a hotel in this area, where we could sleep a few nights and leave our bags, while we did some excusions with the train. We got the room for a very good price, that is why my review is not too negative.

We had the Deluxe Room and it was far from "Deluxe" . Cracks in the walls and windows, unfinished repairs in the bathroom, no Mirrow in the bath and all not in the best condition. Some of the 10point reviews here seem to be faked. Check the reviews on google to get a better picture. We had a special offer and paid very little, so it was ok.
