Excellent location for Talat Noi, Song Wat Street anf Chinatown Exceptionally clean. Super comfy beds and bed linen. Simple, but comfortable - shared bathrooms, no TV - but that's part of the charm of this place. Feels like staying in a private old style house. Great for groups/families of three.
Really nothing not to like if you want high quality comfortable no frills accommodation in an excellent location to explore the trendiest part of Bangkok.

The host was very nice and the house was clean. Rooms are big and nice. It feels more like being at home than a hotel or guest house
