There are three double bedrooms on this level, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, as well as a separate bathroom. A fourth double bedroom with washbasin is accessible from the garden. The fine sandy beaches of the south of the island, such as Cala Estancia, Platja de Palma and Cuidad Jardin, are around 30 minutes away by car.
