About this villa rental

Beautiful private house on 2 floors with an area of ​​250m2 and an annex house of 90m2. Located in an unbeatable environment with fabulous views of the mountains.
The main house has 4 bedrooms all with exterior windows., 2 bathrooms with bath, dining room and kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. At the exit of the kitchen, you can find an outside dining room and barbecue overlooking the pool.
The other house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and dining room.

Algaida is a small town in the center of the island 25 km from Palma and 15 minutes from the airport and the nearest beaches. The town has all the essential services to enjoy your vacations without worries, supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, pharmacy, banks, post office, gas station, .... It is an ideal place for cycling lovers.

La casa y los espacios exteriores son muy amplios. Estuvimos una semana familia y amigos, en total 10 personas. Los niños encantados con la piscina. Todo muy bien.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in der Finca und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus und die Aussenanlage bieten viel Platz. Die Zufahrt bis zur Finca erfolgt über asphaltierte Straßen, also gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war durchweg reibungslos und freundlich. Einzige Kritikpunkte wären die Ausstattung der Küche in Bezug auf Besteck, Gläser, Teller. Hier müsste mal aufgestockt werden. Der Herd funktionierte müsste aber erneuert werden. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Danke schön für den Aufenhalt!
