The house is surrounded by terraces, some of which are shaded by mature trees and offer perfect places to relax. An outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue invites you to enjoy delicious meals prepared with fresh, local produce. The pool is ideal for a refreshing dip while enjoying the panoramic views.
Inside, the villa exudes a refined, tasteful atmosphere, with high-quality furnishings and wooden accents complementing the bright, airy rooms. The spacious living and dining area has comfortable sofas, a large dining table and satellite TV and is perfect for relaxing or socialising. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and there is even space for an additional dining table for informal meals. There are two cheerfully decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms, one on the ground floor, with double beds 1.60 x 2.00 m and 1.80 x 2.00 m. and a stylish bathroom. With air conditioning in the living room and central heating throughout the house, the villa offers year-round comfort.
Finca "Es Caragolet" is a huge estate in the southern foothills of the Tramuntana mountains, just 1 km from the beautiful town of Puigpunyent with its narrow streets, shops and restaurants. The famous winery "Son Puig" is located next to the villa "Es Caragolet". Palma and the former fishing village of Andratx with a beautiful promenade by the sea are great destinations where you can enjoy numerous activities.
