The outdoor area has a charming dining area and plenty of shaded seating. The spacious pool with steps is surrounded by comfortable loungers, parasols and a modern outdoor shower. A large, partially covered terrace offers additional dining options, while two inviting roof terraces offer breathtaking panoramic views. The spacious garage offers space for bicycles and golf equipment. Inside, the main living area features high-quality, partly antique furniture and large windows overlooking the pool. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a children's sleeping area and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there is a luxurious master suite with a private living room, en-suite bathroom and access to the roof terraces, which offer breathtaking views of the vineyards and the Tramuntana mountains. The holiday home is located in the rural lowlands in the heart of Mallorca. The supermarket in the nearby village of Búger is a 6-minute drive away. The long sandy beaches of the bay of Alcúdia can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The medieval town of Alcúdia is around 25 minutes away by car. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30.
