At the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, a 20,000-meter rustic estate surrounded by nature and within walking distance of the village of Caimari. Complete privacy. Surrounded by many of the island’s best restaurants and just 30 minutes from the airport and Palma.

— Main house with 3 double bedrooms, one en suite with a walk-in closet, full bathroom, and half-bath.
Living/dining room with a large kitchen island, fully equipped, and a large fireplace.

— Guest house with 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom. Ideal for house staff.

— Outdoor area with barbecue, wood-fired oven, fire pit, gazebo, balcony terrace, pool, and outdoor fireplace.

The house is equipped with an aerothermal heating and cooling system, which maintains an optimal comfortable temperature without drying out the air, both in winter and summer.

The rate includes weekly cleaning with a change of sheets and towels, plus pool and garden maintenance.

THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN OR INFANTS, as it has many balconies and uneven surfaces, and the pool is NOT fenced, so it is not recommended for families with small children.
