Villa Xary
The slightly terraced area of Finca Villa Xary offers very cosy corners to enjoy the hours outdoors. There are spacious areas with comfortable furniture and a dining area with pleasant natural shade from the trees.
The swimming pool is equipped with a counter-current system so that sports enthusiasts can get in their usual workout. There is a terrace around the house where you can spend relaxing moments at any time of day. The outdoor kitchen with barbecue is a great place to enjoy an al fresco meal. The farm animals living in the area give this holiday home a pleasant farmhouse atmosphere.
The open concept living/dining room is the centrepiece of the house. Large floor tiles, light-coloured pastel walls and numerous windows frame the modern furnishings. Tasteful lighting complements the aesthetic and cosy atmosphere. For a self-catering holiday, the bright, high-quality and fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need. The bedrooms are also tastefully and comfortably furnished. Two high-quality bathrooms, one of which is en suite, round off the luxurious living comfort in this house.
In the centre of Mallorca, only approx. 1 km from Lloret de Vistalegre (with library, tennis and paddle courts etc.) and only approx. 26 km from some beautiful beaches, the ecological farmhouse Villa Xary is situated in a rural and quiet location. From the garden you have a great view of the village. You can shop and stroll around in the medieval town of Sineu (approx. 4 km) or in the larger town of Inca (17 km), which is famous for its leather goods and wine.
