Here, the living room with a large, comfortable sofa and fireplace flows seamlessly into a tasteful dining room and an open-plan kitchen. There are also two elegant and large bedrooms and two designer bathrooms with showers on the ground floor. The staircase in the main living area leads to the upper floor. Here you will find the master bedroom with access to its own spacious sea view terrace and a further bathroom with shower and bathtub. The villa is located in the first sea line on the south-east coast of Mallorca. The beautiful sandy bay of Cala Serena is just a 4-minute walk away. The bays of Cala Ferrera and Cala Gran can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Cala D'Or with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping facilities and a colourful nightlife is only 3 km away.
