The stunning pool area includes a pool that is easily accessible via a wide staircase, with sun loungers and day beds on the surrounding terrace. The rustic pool house with seating and outdoor kitchen provides a perfect place for memorable moments. The owners live on the property with their cat and two dogs, but the pool is for guest use only. Inside, the open-plan living and dining area has bright walls, exposed beams and cosy wooden furniture. The pretty harbour promenade of Portocolom, where you will find lovely bars, restaurants and supermarkets, is 20 minutes away by car. Restaurants and shops can also be found in nearby Felanitx (4 km). For larger shopping trips, Manacor (17 km) is a good choice. You can also reach some beaches in 20 to 30 minutes.
