Beautiful new construction house for 6 people near Felanitx.
Finca Sa Vinya is a lovely new build one-storey property which was completed in 2017 and has 3 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 of these en suite, air conditioning, WiFi Internet connection and satellite television. The house has a stone façade and Majorcan-style shutters, giving the house a classical touch, though its interior is very modern and functional.
Entering the house via the front door we find a substantial living-dining room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc. The living area has two attractive sofas, TV and dining table with an attractive lamp. This large living-dining area has direct access to the external terrace which is next to the swimming pool. To the right of the dining room we find the main bedroom with en suite bathroom and a terrace which overlooks the pool. On the other side of the house are the other two double bedrooms which have access to the terrace and shared bathroom, which has a bath.
To the rear of the house we find a lovely private pool with water feature next to a large covered terrace with a dining table and a lawned area ideal for children to play. In the pool area there are 6 hammocks and a large sunshade.
Next to the pool there is an adjacent zone containing a fantastic barbecue, lavatory and shower.
Please note that this property has a private covered area which can accommodate several cars.

Die Finca bietet für unsere Bedürfnisse die perfekte Raumaufteilung, Ausstattung und Lage. Ruhig, trotzdem in Reichweite der schönsten Strände und der Hauptstadt Palma.
Kleinigkeiten aufgrund der stetigen Vermietung sichtbar.
Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Wir werden wiederkommen.
Die folgenden Utensilien wären sehr hilfreich und würden den Aufenthalt verbessern.
Waschmittel, Topfhandschuhe, Staubsauger und Müllbeutel.
Bei den Betten wäre ein Bettgestell inkl. Lattenrost wünschenswert und würde den Komfort erheblich steigern.
Sauberkeit gerade in den Ecken, an den Lampen und Fenstern noch zu verbessern. Innerhalb des Pools in den Eckbereichen gelblich befallen.
Schäden an den Fliesen Mosaike an der Poolkante / Überlauf.

Uns hat die finca sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige negative was wir bemängeln müssen ist dass es in der Küche nicht mal Salz und Pfeffer oder andere Gewürze gab.
