The spacious stone terrace, furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a parasol, is perfect for cosy mornings and evenings. A pool with green mosaic tiles and steps offers a refreshing escape from the warm Mallorcan sun. This unique property has one bedroom, making it ideal for couples or small families looking for a romantic getaway. The cosy interior includes a living room with corner bench and an integrated kitchen with dining table. There is a comfortable bedroom and a tasteful bathroom in the other part of the house. Cala Ratjada with its beautiful beach and harbour promenade is only a few minutes away by car. Shopping facilities and restaurants for daily needs can be found there or in Artá. Every Tuesday there is a market in the centre of Artà and on Fridays you can visit the market in Son Servera (approx. 9 km). The beautiful beaches of Mallorca, such as Cala Torta and Cala Mesquida) with white sand and a gentle slope to the sea, are easy to reach by car.
