About this house rental

Cas Boter

Small and simply enchanting: if you don't need a lot of luxury on holiday but want to feel comfortable and protected in your private area, then you will definitely feel at home in this bungalow with a separate pool and shady trees. Cas Boter is also the perfect size for solo travellers and, thanks to its proximity to the other villas, you can stay in peace and quiet without feeling completely alone. From the airport, you can easily reach the popular town of Artà by car; arrive, put your luggage in the corner and discover the many seating areas in the garden. The stone bench in the sunlight is particularly inviting: lean your tired back against the warm wall of the house, take a deep breath, drink a cup of tea and any stress will disappear immediately. The comfortable chairs under the palm canopy are also charming - true luxury is being able to find joy in the little things in life, isn't it? This includes the pool, which is surrounded by greenery and is completely private. You can even swim a few laps in the water without any clothes on. Speaking of facilities: the large, round stone table is perfect for evening barbecues - it's no problem if the spare ribs slip out of your hand. Nobody will see it anyway... Small and practical, you simply can't get lost here. Everything you need is on one level and close by. The terrace leads into a cosy living room with a blue sofa and a back-friendly rocking chair. With such a large, open fireplace, you really hope that it gets a little cooler in the evening alone so that you have a reason to watch the flames and daydream. Right next to it is the bright kitchen with dining area and the cook is within talking distance; you can easily place your orders (and if you're lucky, the cook will even give you what you've ordered through the hatch). The hallway leads to the two bright and cheerful bedrooms, which share a bathroom with shower. However, you can decide whether you want to sleep together or separately, or under delicate bamboo or a cheerful pack of dogs. If the bathroom is occupied, you can wake up quickly under the outdoor shower and jump into the pool before breakfast. Perhaps a freshly brewed coffee awaits you as a reward for your early morning exercise. Life can be so simple and so beautiful. Or as Socrates once said: "There are so many things I don't need. Small and on ice: The charming town of Artà on the Badia d'Alcúdia can be recognised from afar by its characteristic calvary, the Puig de San Salvador, with its pilgrimage church surrounded by impressive walls and nine towers. Whether you climb to the top on foot, by car or by bike: You will be rewarded with one of the most beautiful views on the island. In the winding alleyways you will find shops where you can buy hats, baskets and bags made from woven palm leaves. Buy a rucksack and discover the surrounding area: the Llevant Peninsula Nature Park and the Cap de Ferrutx and Cap des Freu nature reserves invite you to hike and relax, while the 25 km of coastline with sandy beaches and dunes offers many secluded coves. Access is often via unsurfaced paths and is rarely crowded. Palma Manacor Artà: The holiday destination is within easy reach. The small Villa Cas Boter is in an absolutely quiet location, just 2 km from the town centre and at the start of the Cami de Carrossa. Even though it is surrounded by other properties, it offers unrestricted privacy. The art and craft town of Artà alone is worth a visit, but the breathtakingly beautiful east/northeast part of Mallorca with its unspoilt coastline, beautiful sandy beaches and nature reserves as well as lively tourist centres such as Cala Ratjada, Can Picafort or Port d'Alcúdia are also ideal for exploring from here.
