Both floors are connected by an external staircase, making them two separate residential units. To explore the idyllic pine-covered hills of the area, we recommend you lace up your walking boots or hop on your bike. The sea is just 1.6 kilometres away, with fjord-like bays such as Cala Sa Nau with its picture-book beach bar, perfect for relaxing days on the beach. Alternatively, you can drive to the atmospheric fishing villages in the south-east of Mallorca. With S'Horta, Felanitx, Santanyi, Portocolom, Calonge, Cala D'Or and Ca's Concos, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to destinations. After 8.5 km you will reach the Mondragó Nature Park, whose rich flora and fauna will amaze you. Thanks to the quiet location, depending on the wind direction, a road can be heard in the distance, you can also enjoy a similar rural idyll on your property. A very attractive golf course awaits you around 4 km away, where you can round off your holiday with some sport.
