Very nice flat in perfect location on the border of the city center, the decorations were cute, the small space is very well organized and all necesities provided
There was no hairdryer which I had been counting on, but the owner said a new one has been ordered and we didn't find any orange marked parking spaces in the area, but the underground parking 10 min walk away was 12€ for 24h, so ok

Emplacement de rêve. Ne pas rater la fresque du plafond. Et bravo à la conciergerie d'Émile pour leur réactivité ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons.

Die Vermieter waren sehr schnell am Telefon, wenn man sie brauchte, sehr hilfsbereit und auch nach wenigen Minuten mit einem Vertreter vor Ort. Das hat man nicht überall, sehr lobenswert! Die Küche war für einen Kurzaufenthalt top ausgestattet, ein sehr guter TV und das Zimmer selbst war top sauber. Das Doppelbett war etwas schmal aber bequem zum Schlafen.
Die Lage der Wohnung nah am Zentrum war eigentlich sehr gut, allerdings waren das direkte Umfeld und der Innenhof des Hauses komplett verdreckt. Es fehlte ein Föhn und die Sitzbank statt Couch entsprach eher einem orthopädischen Stuhl und war extrem unbequem.

The property seems new and it was clean. The concierge was very nice and gave us all the necessary information to go to the apartment.
I gave a bad review because the air conditioning is downstairs and the bed is upstairs and it was very hot up there! They know that because they even left a ventilator (but unfortunately it was not enough). They can’t say that the property has an air conditioning because it does not work to sleep.
