The size and layout of the apartment, the building entrance with the cafe, the location, parking availability, and the shared spaces in the lobby.

The smell of the apartment was a disaster when I checked in late around 12 am after a long flight. It smelled of cooked garlic and onions. The smell was stuck to the furniture and so strong that I couldn't stay around. When I informed them, they came with a cheap spray to spray around, which made it even worse. I had to use lots of expensive Oud and left the apartment for 3 hours to be able to come back. The smell stayed for about 24 hours despite my attempts to fix it. The customer service on WhatsApp was bad. They seemed like robots and saved replies - no real help. Also, the apartment wasn't clean, I found dirt in the toilet, and another toilet was stinking, so I didn't even use it. The couch was dirty and needs to be changed. Not sure if the same issues happen in the other apartments, but this is exactly what happened with me. Despite all of my communication with the service team on Whatapp, they offered no compensation suggestions at all! Just promises that my next stay will be better.
