i liked the cleanliness,the room was big and nice, the staff was friendly and always smiling, specially Badriya, was so helpful and kind.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I loved how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. The bathtub in the junior suite was incredibly relaxing and perfect for unwinding after a long week. I’ll definitely stay here again!

On a positive note, we really enjoyed the breakfast — it was varied and of good quality. I also appreciated that the room was spacious, which made our stay a bit comfortable.

There were several aspects that were disappointing. The first impression at reception was not pleasant; the staff were neither friendly nor helpful, and there was no offer to assist with our luggage. Although I booked a room with a city view, I was placed on the second floor, where the only view was of nearby construction sites. The sink in the bathroom was blocked on arrival. We reported it at night, but nothing was done until we raised the issue again after breakfast the next morning. In addition, the ongoing construction outside the hotel created a lot of noise and disruption. I also noticed that the towels were old, had an unpleasant smell, and tore easily. The supply of shampoo and soap was also very limited. Lastly, while the room was indeed spacious, it did not feel particularly inviting or clean. I also found communication with some of the staff challenging, as English is not their first language. This made it difficult to have our concerns properly understood and addressed.
