I had a last minute change in property and Tracy and team were very accommodating. So I’ll be basing my score and review from the other property we ended up in. Loved that the property had elevator and it was minutes away from The Bund, views were amazing from the window.
Just more instructions on the AC remote as it was in Chinese and as it was a cold night when we arrived, we tried our best to work the AC to turn on heating but still cold throughout the night, so a small piece of paper in English for the remote on settings would have been helpful.

我们很喜欢这个公寓！房间不是很大，但是干净整洁温馨舒适。公寓地理位置也很好，距离人民广场，南京路，外滩都不远。惊喜的是厨房的物品十分齐全，锅碗瓢盆调味料都有，每天可以自己做点早餐吃，方便又健康，性价比超高

先是住了他家的外滩店，第二天主要想去博物馆就换来了人广店，房东客气温柔，房间一如既往的干净整洁配套设施齐全，一次性床品毛巾样样不拉，地理位置也好，出行方便，离我们想要去的景点走走就到了，总之很满意

The location is very good. Few minutes walk to Nanjing Rd, and People’s Square metro station. It also has most useful facilities like kettle, washing machine and many supplies like drinking water, tissues.
The neighbourhood looks run down and may feel dodgy. The bathroom is very tiny and there is no bidet in the toilet. There is no lift access to the second floor where the main lift is located because the owner did not provide a keycard for another lift that can go up to second floor. So, if you use a wheelchair or have large luggages, it will be very difficult.
