The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, which was one of the few positives of my stay. However, there are several areas that need improvement.

The breakfast was very limited and exactly the same every day. I do not think it is worth paying extra for the breakfast option. There was also a lot of noise throughout the stay, including drilling, people running around, and other disturbances, especially at night, which made it difficult to relax. The service was disappointing. Staff were not particularly helpful and often seemed to be watching guests rather than offering assistance, which felt uncomfortable. Parking was another major issue. There were very few parking spaces available, and we were not informed in advance that the parking was located underground. Better communication and clearer information about parking arrangements would have been helpful.
