    Pros: Good location, accomodating staff, own parking area, decent cleanliness. Cons: Night club music is loud even in mid-level floor. Hotel best for love couples and solo travellers.

    *** Good Evening, Sir/ Madam Greetings and Best Wishes Sorry to state that this is the worst hotel. We booked with breakfast, but no breakfast on all the 3 days. Breakfast is far away, they did not even provide. water, we asked them to provide they say we will and even after checking out , i don't think they will provide or realise. Room service,: in 3 days they did not clean the room even ONCE, they did not change the Linen . It has been ATROCIOUS, Services, Services SubZero, People were never responsive and very rude. We had no option as cancelling , we were told you will not get refund ,not can cancel once you book. M/s AGODA, you have to take a note of this as this hotel and service is really really atrocious. We totally regret for booking this hotel and Agoda encourage us to book. Except for the room which was big, nothing else . Thanks & Regards ***
