Posizione ottima, comoda a tutto; abbiamo preso i mezzi pubblici solo per uscire da Tirana. Personale molto disponibile, sempre raggiungibile al bisogno, anche se di persona non ci siamo mai incontrati. Consiglio: non comprate le eSIM (che vi verrà consigliato di acquistare) prima di accertarvi che il vostro smartphone sia compatibile!
L'attenzione per i dettagli. La stanza è dotata di un bollitore e di tazze, ma nemmeno mezza bustina di caffè o the! Eravamo in due e abbiamo ricevuto una sola chiave. Quando ne ho chiesta un'altra (che è risultata più che necessaria), mi è stata data solo la chiave della porta della stanza ma non quella di ingresso alle 4 camere del piano (porta ovviamente trovata sempre chiusa dagli altri ospiti per ragioni di sicurezza), dettaglio che ha reso la chiave in più perfettamente inutile. Il giorno in cui siamo arrivate non c'era sapone per la doccia, ma solo dei flaconi di crema per il corpo. A parte questo, tutto bene
