Stunning views on Como lake from multiple angles
Very spacious apartment, three comfortable and spacious bedrooms
Fully equipped apartment: full kitchen, laundry machine etc
Located very close to the pretty centre of Menaggio
Not possible to reach by car, you have to walk quite some steps (with luggage!) to get there
Water pressure was a problem, we were told this was a problem for the whole town

The apartment is wonderful, with a breathtaking view—you can even see the ferry line from the window, which makes it easy to plan your outings. The decor is beautiful, the bathrooms are spacious, and the bedrooms are clean and comfortable.
The only downside, which I hadn’t realized when booking, is the number of stairs. There are a lot! The apartment itself is on the second floor, but to reach the building, you already need to climb many steps. I think its around 130 steps in total. So, if you have any mobility issues, this place may not be ideal. Definitely bring light luggage!
