Absolutely beautiful apartment. It is very spacious, extremely well-equipped with everything you might need, and the location is simply unbeatable. The kitchen was particularly impressive, as it was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals comfortably during our stay. The garage space was comfortable and a wonderful plus. The host and customer service team were incredibly professional, patient, and helpful. They took the time to troubleshoot an AC issue with us at night. Despite the inconveniences, they were extremely understanding and ultimately provided us with a refund to reasonably compensate us for the trouble.

We experience a couple of inconveniences during our stay. Unfortunately, the crib for our baby was missing for the first day, and we also had issues with the automated AC system shutting off during the night in the middle of a heatwave.

The property was beautifully appointed and a perfect way to arrive from a long flight!

Maybe stickers for recycling to easier sort in the correct vessel would be good to have.

Espaco e localização

Chuveiro muito fraco e não esquentava o suficiente para o frio bem como o aquecimento era fraco e passamos frio dentro da casa. Caiu a luz, força, por duas vezes e tivemos q ir a garagem no frio e escuro para consertar o problema. Cozinha sem panelas necessárias para cozinhar e a casa não oferecia utensílios básicos para chegada e primeiro dia. Televisão muito pequena para o ambiente e acústica ruim. Alguns ajustes melhorariam bastante a estadia.
