Luxury stone house with infinity pool

The house is beautiful and has fantastic views over Herceg Novi and the sea. All four bedrooms are exactly the same - the two upstairs have balconies and the two downstairs have patio space in front. The kitchen/dining/TV room is great and very comfortable. We ate breakfast on the outside table on the patio every day just so we could appreciate the view. There is another patio with sun beds and deckchairs by the infinity swimming pool which is super. The property has 3 or 4 other houses that are being fitted out but there is no noise during the day. You do need a car if you are staying here because you will need to drive to Herceg Novi for any restaurants. The owner, Slavko, is very responsive and got back to us very quickly when we had questions. Thank you!

The house location is not correct on the map on Booking.com. Please look for Boka Hills which is on Google maps and you will then find the houses. The house is behind some secure gates and the track from the gates to the house is not yet made up so is a bit 'bumpy'.

Fabulous views across the bay 4 excellent double en suite bedrooms with good facilities Lovely infinity pool Well appointed kitchen and seating areas

Sadly the pool lights did not work and only 4 matching sun loungers

Viskas tobula! Švaru, tvarkinga, modernu. Vila yra išskirtinėje vietoje. Atsiveriantis vaizdas nuo baseino yra nepakartojamas.

The house was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and the view was absolutely stunning. Everything worked perfectly, and the host, Slavko, was friendly, quick to respond, and highly professional in helping with any questions.
