It was very convenient for visiting our friends near the University of Manitoba
Not very walkable to attractions or the downtown. Good if you have a car. Noise from the highway when outside but quiet inside.

Lots of room.
Living room was too dark. There were workers downstairs who were working at 140 am and also at 9 am making quite a bit noise. Also there was a beeping smoke alarm downstairs that could be heard upstairs. The refrigerator filter needs to be replaced. The spare bedding in all room was a mess in the closets. The property outside looks horrible.
