The Musical Treasure - 4P - Montparnasse station

We we 3 adults travelling, I stayed in the sofa bed and my sister and her partner stayed in the bedroom. The sofa bed was comfortable and the pillows were good.

There were severe issues with the hot water that were notified to the property who first asked us to wait for the morning, then said they didn't control it remotely, then apologised, then promised to refund us some money (which they did). We were 3 people staying for 3 nights. We had 9 showers: 2 were absolutely cold, 3 started tepid and finished cold, 2 were tepid in full and 2 were warm. The heating would quick in at 7:30am, not last 3 showers and not re-heat during the day. The weather was a bit chilly (maximum of 15oC for the whole stay) and wet. I am very allergic to dust and was sleeping on the sofa bed, I struggled with allergies for the duration of my stay. On the 28 of May (2 weeks after our stay) the property let us know they were keepign 160 of our deposit with a complete bogus claim we stained the mattres and sheets and they had to buy a a new one. First it's not true we stained the mattress (including because they had a mattress protector from Ikea). we had a small incident with the bedding, but a wash sould be able to solve, but let's assume they needed to buy new ones, I checked ikea and new bedding and new mattress protector would cost 50, not 160. The place is a SCAM. Run.
