Nous avons aimé l’emplacement de l’appartement en face d’un petit parc très appréciable lorsqu’on a des enfants. L’appartement est spacieux et la chambre bien insonorisée. De nombreux rangements sont à disposition pour ranger les affaires. L’appartement est très propre.
L’appartement ne dispose d’aucune fenêtre et bien qu’une ventilation soit installée et en service, il n’est possible d’aérer ou de faire rentrer la lumière.

Das Apartement ist chic, sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und komfortabel. 50 m entfernt ist eine hervorragende Böckerei und verschiedene Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Die Metrolinien 4 und 13 sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Dadurch kommt man sehr gut überall hin. Schlüsselübergabe über einen Code und die Kommunikation haben super funktioniert.
Das Apartement hat, mit Ausnahme eines nicht zu öffnenden Oberlichts in der Küche, keine Fenster, aber eine gut funktionierende Lüftung.

Uno de los ventiladores al aumentar la potencia o velocidad empieza a sonar muy fuerte, sin funcionar correctamente. Adicional le hace falta ventilación, debido a la falta de ventanas y aire acondicionado vital para estas temperaturas. La temperatura es tan elevada en el apartamento que nos ha obligado a llegar a la madrugada para pasar el menor tiempo posible.
