Large 2-Bed Near City Centre & Anfield Parking

Clean, all mod cons. Would definitely recommend.

Beds were really comfortable, place was really clean, add extras of tea coffee, shampoo shower gel was a nice touch. It centrally easy to get to.

The fact we would’ve had to pay £40 for a 2hr early check in, we’d arrived earlier then anticipated rang to see if we could get in before we went to magic weekend game, was told no for the door code… then half an hour after leaving got sent the code anyway…?? The back door latch was literally a bolt and not a strong one, WiFi connection wasn’t achieved as couldn’t pick up the router while there

We had a very pleasant stay at the property. The house is spacious, comfortable and well heated throughout, which made our stay very enjoyable. Everything was clean and well prepared upon arrival, and we appreciated that cleaning products were provided. There was hot water and the kitchen facilities were working properly. The location is a strong positive point. The property is about 5–10 minutes by car from the city centre and Liverpool ONE. There are several shopping centres nearby, as well as supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi, pharmacies like Boots, and many other shops. Everything was very accessible and convenient.Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend the property.

Additionally, the 10:00 am check-out time felt quite early, especially considering that check-in is at 3:00 pm. For families with children, having to wake up early to prepare everything and leave by that time can be quite demanding. A slightly later check-out time, such as 11:30 am or 12:00 pm, would make the experience even more comfortable.

General cleanliness of property great. Furniture in excellent condition and bed comfortable. Having a place to park was really helpful.

The area was a little disappointing. Quite loud neighbours late in the evening and clearly someone close by smoking weed. The security of the back door of the property was a concern. Nothing more than what looked like an internal door only secured with a singular bolt at the top. Property general well decorated but radiators seemed to have been left out of redecoration and some finishing touches needed. The shower could do with an upgrade as the water flow is poor and the bath feels cheap and unstable when standing to use the shower. I would reduce the numbers of plastic flowers and move the double bed from under the window.
