The twin room in the shared apartment was spacious and well equipped, with air conditioning, a TV, a long desk, chairs, bedside tables, charging outlets, and a large mirror. Although the private bathroom was located outside the room, it was clean and well maintained, with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer provided. The shared kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The location was convenient, close to the supermarket, train station, Metro, and the airport.

During our stay, a community festival was held on both evenings. Loud music continued from around 6:00 pm until about midnight, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was also a little unstable.

It's a shared apartment. The room, bathroom and the kitchen are clean, modern and comfortable. We had our own bathroom outside of the bedroom which you don't need to share with other guests.(quite small only with shower but enough) By the way, the host eventually allowed us to stay in the dining area with our luggage for about 1 hour and 20 minutes after check-out. We left the flat around 12:20 p.m. How generous and flexible of them!

This apartment DOESN'T ALLOW you to leave your luggage in the common area due to a safety reason after you check out. My bad, I didn't confirm this before because from my past experience(30+ European countries and 100 cities), most shared apartments would let you leave the luggages in the common area.(Unless it's a whole self-ck-in apartment, usually they don't do it. However this is not in that case) Anyway, my bad. I should have confirmed this in advance before booking. If I had known it before, I would not have booked this BnB. （FOR CLARIFICATION, I DIDN'T ask about luggage storage before booking. I only asked on the check-in day because my flight was at 19:00 in 3 days and I planned to pick up my luggage around 3:00 p.m. The owner refused. By then, the reservation had already started and could no longer be cancelled.） Also, the owners don't speak English at all. They use translation app, so it's challenging when communicating more difficult subjects. For example, when I asked what's the easiest way to arrive in the BCN airport T1 from the apartment, she suggested me to use the metro which the stop is 13 mins away(by foot) from the flat. So totally it takes you about 40 mins to arrive in T1 of BCN airport by the metro line L9.(for big luggages it may take 50 mins due to the difficulties of ups and downs) Finally, while the apartment appears relatively close to the airport on the map, reaching BCN Terminal 1 by public transportation takes longer than expected. These points may not be an issue for everyone, but they are worth considering before making a reservation.

Cerca del hotel Hyatt regency, 10 min andando. La habitación era cómoda y sin ruido, y las instalaciones están cuidadas. Supermercado cerca.

El baño es un poco pequeño.

La facilidad de acceso al alojamiento, sin necesidad de esperar por el propietario.

En el baño comunitario había ropa interior sucia de otros usuarios del alojamiento. Falta de respeto por parte de resto de usuarios.
