Il nous a mis à l'aise chez lui.
Petit épicerie proche du logement
Nous ne nous attendions pas à être chez l'habitant, mais on s'est vite adaptés grâce à la disponibilité et réactivité de Javier.
Le métro est à 20min à pied du logement.

Very friendly owner. Quick fixing of broken bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Desk and chair for working in the room. Good Wi-Fi internet. Close to Fira gran Fira and train station.
Generally: not luxurious, but good value for money, especially if you are not too demanding.
Cleanliness can be much better. Changing towels and such in the shared bathroom on a daily basis would be good as up to 6 people share the facility. (more) regular vacuum cleaning is advisable.
