Localização excelente, no centro historico permite fazer percursos pedonais circulares, próximo do rio Funcionarios muito atenciosos, sempre prontos a ajudar Relação qualidade preço excelente
O lounge podia ser maior e melhorado, para convívio dos viajantes

The staff were amazing
Internet was not working for few minutes & the lift was broken for my floor for a day but nothing to dislike. It happens - no major complaints!
