I love this house❣️❣️ House was clean ,staff were very helpful as I was havin a meltdown due to us closely arriving to the property but had ‘nt got any check in (Keypad code) information. Once I contacted the property mgmt he quickly pulled up my reservations and proceeded to tell me what steps to take and complete before they’d send out any of the info I was missing. I most definitely would love to vacation here again ❣️ lastly PERFECT LOCATION in a QUIET SAFE ENVIRONMENT!!
It’s 3 things that I didn’t like ……
1- false promo on the heated pool. It was breezy during our vacay which is why i chose this villa so my kids can still get that summer feel in fall weather 👎😩 but that couldn’t happen due to the pool being ice cold 🤷🏽♀️
2nd- Walls were dirty (Needs a paint job on inside of the villa) GAME ROOM’ was very minimal I mean like 1 ping pong table 🤷🏽♀️
But Most of all the $40 (nonrefundable) protection fee is crazyyy and mandatory or you have to pay a $500 deposit that may take up too 5-10 business days before you get that back😫

Great location and the house was nice as well
Everything was great just the pool. We paid money for a heated pool and they never did heat the pool.
