Room was spacious. Staff friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Free parking in the front of the building. There is fully automatic check in in the hotel (I booked room in advance). You must enter your name, to find your reservation. After that, you fill in address details and machine is coding swipe card for the room. In few minutes you are checked in with card to the room in your hand. Automatic check in system is very easy and straight forward to use.

Neue Hotelanlage, aus Ruinen zum Wellness Hotel - WOW - direkt neben der Therme Große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und gute Abendspeisen. Freundliches Personal.

Die Sanierung der alten Wismut Kurklinik und Umwandlung in ein Hotel ist voll gelungen. Viel Altes wurde erhalten und gut integriert. Restaurant recht gut, Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Bäckerbrötchen, ansonsten ausreichend.
Zimmerausstattung: , keine Garderobe, keine Kofferablage, kein Schuhlöffel. Anmerkung der Rezeption am Abend: Wir sind ja noch nicht fertig! Dusche sehr geräumig, aber ohne jegliche Haltemöglichkeit. Zimmerservice: unzureichend/ unaufmerksam. - Nachtwäsche zusammengeknüllt am Kopfkissen, eingeklemmt, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr nicht gereinigt,, Frühstücksbuffet wird zu wenig kontrolliert,
