Excellent location, close to many shops, cheap restaurants, bus station, train station with trains. A lovely terrace for outdoor dining with a wonderful view. Very clean. Thank you for the friendly girl who welcomed us and gave the keys. The room has three tea cups with spoons, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels and a hairdryer.

Attention: if you come before 8 pm you pay an additional 20 euros, if you come after 10 pm you pay an additional 50 euros, which are collected by the landlord-this is not described on the website. I came early and I didn't pay this amount. The room is just a basic ONE - you sleep on a bedroom and on a pull-out bed in one room. Look at my photo taken from the terrace side - my window and the neighboring rooms, how people were passing through my window: the only window in the room had neither curtains nor blinds, so the neighboring vacationers on the floor passed through the terrace to go to the stairs, and they looked into my room while I was changing. I'm also including a photo of the pull-out bed.

We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was the small room next to the Standard villa, we shared the common balcony and terrace. The location was good and just a few minutes walk to the station. The host was very friendly and responded promptly.

It would be great if a kettle could be provided, so we could have hot water to drink in the cold weather. Sometimes the toilet smells bad.

The location is very good, lots of lemon trees around – close to the main town in Sorrento. We walked into town in the evening, which took around 10 minutes even with a child. We loved the colourful tiles, and the terrace was a really good size.

The room we booked was not quite what we expected. It was difficult to clearly understand exactly which room we were booking, so it may be helpful if the photos were labelled to make this clearer for future guests. We had assumed there would be a small kitchen area, or at least a mini fridge, which would have been useful for storing drinks. The room itself was quite small, and the bathroom in particular was very compact. The sink tap also made it difficult to use without water going everywhere, so a smaller or more practical design could help. A small vanity area or additional mirror in the room would also be useful, as there is currently only a mirror in the bathroom. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and I found I had to fold them to be able to sleep comfortably. There was also a slight musky smell in the room on arrival. id suggest noting accomidation is best reached by foot, we hired a car but no avalible parking near by. Host did advise me of this. I was messaged privately by the host asking for an additional €50 for a late check-in. I had already paid for the accommodation upfront through Booking.com, so I was a bit confused, but I agreed at the time. When I arrived, the fee was mentioned again and I was asked to leave cash on departure. After checking my booking confirmation and Booking.com policies, I requested a payment link instead, but this wasn’t provided. It didn’t feel clear or appropriate to be asked for an additional payment for late check-in and my partner did question this. My flight was also delayed, which I communicated to the host. Unfortunately, the response made me feel quite anxious about arriving as early as possible, even though the delay was outside of my control. It may be helpful for future guests to have a self check-in option, such as a key safe, to avoid these situations moving forward.
