Come and stay in this authentic 50's residence completely restored 10 minutes walk from the central beaches and the casino.
Splendid villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with swimming pool and panoramic sea view, in the immediate vicinity of the beaches and shops on foot.

This authentic 1950s residence has been completely restored and develops 210 square meters with amenities top-of-the-range and neat, nestled in a green setting with Provençal essences.
The house offers 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites with their private bathrooms, and 3 with sea view.
The spacious living room facing the pool and open to the outside, will comfortably accommodate all guests.
The bedrooms are divided into several distinct spaces, an ideal configuration for a stay with friends or family.
On the left wing of the house, a first bedroom with a 160cm bed and its private bathroom, has a pretty bow window as well as a pleasant sea view of the bay of Bandol.
Then 2 other bedrooms with a communicating and shared bathroom including a bedroom with a Queen size bed in twin beds in 80cm that can be joined, and a 140cm bed.
The first floor, accessible by a beautiful Cassis stone staircase, leads to 2 suites including:
- the master suite with King size bed and a balcony to enjoy the 180 degree sea view to the island of Embiez.
- A suite with a Queen size bed in twin beds with its own shower room also benefits from a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea.
Finally, a suite on the first floor with its own bathroom for level access.
Note that each bedroom has its own air conditioning for optimal comfort, as well as electric shutters and mosquito nets. Each bedroom is also equipped with wardrobes.
Outside, the land is fully enclosed and wooded.
You will find several living spaces around the pool with 2 dining areas, 2 garden furniture to enjoy at any time of the day, and a petanque court in the shade of the fig tree.
