The vacation home on Doctorberg underwent extensive interior renovations in 2026.
The house is located on a quiet side street with a magnificent view of the world-famous Doctorberg! Nevertheless, you can reach the pedestrian zone in just one minute on foot.
Two parking spaces are available and can be rented for a fee of 8€ per day per space.
Vacation Home on the Doctorberg:
The vacation home can accommodate up to eight people and is ideal for families, friends, or small travel groups.
There are three comfortable double bedrooms and two additional single bedrooms.
Two modern bathrooms—one with a shower, the other with a walk-in shower and toilet—as well as a separate toilet in its own room ensure a pleasant stay.
The fully equipped kitchen features a cozy dining area for up to eight people.
Amenities also include cable TV and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. On nice days, the sunny patio with a table and eight chairs offers the perfect spot to relax, have breakfast, or enjoy a social gathering outdoors.
On-site fees: A prepayment of the total amount will be charged after booking. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys are provided via a code, which you will receive well in advance of your arrival. A baby crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €10 per pet per night. The visitor’s tax of €1.70 per person per night will be charged separately on site. Additional fees: €8.00 per day per parking space (2 available)
