Your home away from home in Del Mar with 2 bedrooms. This welcoming house features 2 queen beds and 3 bathrooms, including a bathtub and shower for your comfort. Guests can enjoy a serene office space with a futon, perfect for work or relaxation. The superb climate control keeps the house cozy year-round. Master Bedroom: Queen bed with nightstands, large closet, and attached bathroom with shower. Has a powder room section. Has a TV.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with nightstands and closet space. Access to bathroom with bath tub directly across hallway.
Loft: Space with large desk and comfortable chair. Italian style half bath available next to loft. Convertible sofa bed becomes full size bed to sleep two additional guests if needed. Has ocean views and Torrey Pines State park views along with the lagoon.
Living Room: High and architecturally unique ceilings with ocean views, lagoon views, and scenic Torrey Pines state park. Large windows to enjoy sunsets, fully furnished.
Fireplace space: cozy section with comfy chairs and unique feel. Views of ocean from the fireplace as well.
