Sand Patch, located in La Jolla Shores is a special beachy home. Sand Patch is ideal for a vacation or a longer stay. The home is just a short walk from famous La Jolla Shores Beach and Kellogg Park, and an enjoyable stroll from great dining and people watching on Avienda De La Playa.
Once you arrive at Sand Patch you will feel like you are somewhere different and begin to relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy breakfast under a wide market umbrella on your front deck and take in the peek views of La Jolla Cove. Then, after a day out or at the beach retire to the back patio to barbeque, read and dine alfresco. Outdoor lighting will enhance the mood. The property is fully fenced and gated offering privacy. You are in a small, private haven once you close the gate behind you. An outdoor hot and cold shower offers a refreshing alternative for cleaning-up after a quick dip in the ocean. This is a great place to take in the good, year-round weather of La Jolla. Open your French doors and take in the fresh air and warm sunshine.
The living area has beautiful hardwood floors, a wood burning fireplace and plenty of windows make for a striking living area. Relax on the comfortable sofa to read, listen to music or watch TV. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with built in shutter closets and french doors that lead to the back patio plus television with streaming and ceiling fan. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, built in closet and ceiling fan. The living room also has a sofa sleeper to create additional sleeping space if needed. The rooms are light and airy - perfect for a beach retreat.
There is high-speed internet access throughout the property. This home also includes parking for one car in the driveway as well as street parking.
