Our comfortable vacation rental offers space for the whole family or a group of friends: one double bedroom and another double bedroom with an additional sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen and the bright, spacious living room invite you to linger. In addition to the bathroom with a shower and toilet, there is a separate guest restroom. The cozy balcony with patio furniture is perfect for a relaxing breakfast or quiet moments outdoors when the weather is nice.
On-site costs: A 20% deposit is due via bank transfer after booking. The remaining balance can be paid on-site. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. Included: Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, parking, water, kitchen and bathroom linens, welcome drink
