Getting checked in was a breeze, the manager even changed the code for us so is was easier to remember. The room was a perfect size for our family of 5. The mattress' and pillows were comfy. The office has beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas all that available for use. Our room had a few beach toys that my younger girls enjoyed. The walk to the beach was just a short 3 min walk with 4 kids in tow. It was close enough to the The Magic Bus Ice Cream Shop that we walked there. Once on the beach we could walk to the lighthouse. The only thing I would recommend is being able to access soap for the washer at all times. You currently have to buy it from the office during their hours. We had kiddo get sick in the night and had to wait until the office opened to get soap to wash things. Maybe a vending machine in the laundry room. We would definitely revisit.

The entry code did not work upon arrival. Had to get new codes which was annoying. No one at property site. Bathroom stopper for sink does not work. There is no sink stopper in kitchen sink. No laundry facilities, since the machines were app controlled. Could not use. The outgassing from new laminate flooring was overpowering.
