Enjoy the beautiful Lake Constance, which is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
Whether you’re hiking, enjoying water sports, biking, going on a motorcycle tour, or simply unwinding. Lake Constance offers a wide variety of ways to relax.
The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet side street and has approximately 70 square meters of living space.
The balcony faces south, so you can enjoy the sun all day long.
With a view of a stretch of the lake, your vacation can begin right here.
The apartment features a spacious bedroom equipped with a double bed (1.80 cm x 200 cm) and a sliding-door closet.
In the fully equipped kitchen (sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishes), you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy later in the spacious living room at the extendable dining table.
The bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated shower, plenty of storage space, and a separate toilet.
The living room, which opens onto the balcony, is bathed in sunlight and offers plenty of space on the large corner couch (which can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa) for a cozy evening.
In another room, also with access to the balcony, a fold-out couch (approx. 150 cm x 200 cm) provides additional sleeping space for children or adults.
There are TVs in both the living room and the second bedroom. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
Behind the house, there is a free parking space, as well as a place to park bicycles.
Ideal for 4 people.
An additional baby crib and high chair are available.
Check-in is available daily until 6:00 PM at the latest.
Check-out is also possible daily by 12:00 PM at the latest.
MINIMUM STAY: 5 nights.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: €200.00 to be transferred in advance

Towels and bed linens can be provided for a one-time surcharge of €10.
We’ll take care of the final cleaning for you; the cost is 100 €.
