From this level, you have direct access to one of the 2 south-facing balconies, both of which are equipped with balcony furniture and offer pleasant views of the resort. The open-plan kitchen flows naturally from the living and dining space, creating a sociable and functional environment for preparing meals. A separate WC is also conveniently located on this floor.

On the upper floor, you will discover the 2 private bedrooms.
