We have reservations for 4 Saturday-Saturday weeks in May and June, perfect if you are attending a destination wedding or going on a family vacation.

A Presidential Suite has 3 large living spaces - 2 bedrooms separated by a large kitchen/dining/living room area.

Enjoy your morning coffee or the afternoon breezes on the pergola covered patio which stretches the full length of these 3 spaces. Each bedroom and the living area has a sliding glass door providing access to the chairs, tables and lounge chairs on your private patio.

The Presidential Suite bedrooms are a master with king bed, and a second bedroom with two full beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The bathroom in the two-bed bedroom can also be accessed from the center living area. There is a full size pull-out couch in the living room.

Both bathrooms are large and luxurious, each with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet area with a door to close for privacy. The master bath also has a jetted tub. There are double sinks and long counters in each bathroom, plus lots of closet and shelving storage space. Towels and hair dryers are provided by the resort

The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a cooktop stove (no oven), microwave, coffee maker, dishes, serving and storage items, assorted types of glasses, blender, pitchers, silverware, utensils, and pots and pans

Central air and heat thermostats in each room, as well as TVs in each of the 3 living areas. Free maid service

There are 6 pools, a huge beach (cannot swim in ocean on this Pacific side due to dangerous undercurrents) and daily activities at the main pool (volleyball, water aerobics, bingo, etc). Beach sized towels are available at each pool. There is a large work out room with a variety of cardio machines, free weights and weight machine, a trainer who also teaches multiple classes daily (for an additional fee), and a lovely spa with men and womens' wet and dry areas for those using spa services.

All inclusive is available for an additional charge from the resort. All people staying in the unit must sign up for all inclusive if that option is chosen. The amazing Quivira golf course on the Pacific Ocean is a gem and highly rated by golfers. Tee times are available from the pro shop at an additional charge.

{We have owned at this resort since it was at the blueprint stage (2000). We have previously rented our extra weeks on another popular vacation rental site, but due to their recent policy changes we are switching to VRBO. We are responsive and have a plethora of information about Cabo after vacationing here for almost 25 years. We are mentioning this after seeing other VRBO owners at this resort encouraging renters to stay away from owners who don't have any rental history on VRBO.}
