Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from a busy beach, and 10 minutes walk from the marina. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby, and the area is safe to walk day and night.
For the people who prefer the poll, it is also very good and well kept, with all the amenities, with a bar for drinks and food.
We will stay here again on our next trip to Cabo San Lucas.

Great location. easy access to marina/beach.. Very quiet pool area was nice change from other holiday spots.
Sport court and putting green were being renovated and a bit of other construction were the only disappointments.
Will definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is in walking distance to everything in downtown Cabo’ Within minutes to the mail, Walmart, downtown night life and clubs. Lots of restaurants and cafes. The marina and all the excursions. Our room was clean and big enough for us and pur things. Staff was helpful very nice. Pool is clean. They have a room with pool tables a short ways from the pool. The pool closes at 9pm I thought that was early. It’s hot still and after walking from downtown a nice swim would have been nice. For the price we had a good stay with no issues we were happy

Nice location for the beach and downtown. Breakfast is nice and the pool is in the sun.
