Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. I enjoy staying at an older motel near downtown near the local places to eat. It also has a nice pool.
I was in a spacious sweet which was nice but there were no plugins near the bed to use for charging. It was not a deal breaker

Nice pool and good restaurant! Locals was good about 6-7 minutes to where the action is… staff was GREAT 👍
Wifi was not good… the hotel is very very dated

It has a good value for the price and the location is right at the center of Cabo San Lucas so it is walking distance from bars and restaurants.
The hotel is quite dated, room was clean but it needs renovation.
