Nice, comfortable, spacious, and clean

Booked it last minute- super happy with location and view. Had what I needed for 2 people price was reasonable- had parking for my car and marina view is great.

The noise of music- Thanks for the earplugs def needed them. Even though its across bay can hear it

The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. Bed is a bit small, but perfectly ok for two people. The person at the front office is fantastic, explained everything and made the stay much better.

No communication from the owner prior to arrival, had to chase on check-in information. The pool is small and quite dirty but the biggest issue is the location. Despite the photos, this is nothing like a calm marina environment. It is a full blown party scene and you will be sleeping directly above the bars. Super noisy at night (also day time), no proper sleep at all. If you go for a party for a day or two, it will work fine, but for relaxation I do not recommend this place.
