Modern and well equipped, the kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher and coffee machine. The adjoining dining area offers a sociable space for meals together while enjoying the coastal outlook.

The external garage provides a useful utility space with washing machine, tumble dryer and a wet room — ideal after beach days, coastal walks or surfing. An additional fridge/freezer is also located in the rear shed.

The Local Area
A short downhill walk leads to Woolacombe Beach, a three-mile stretch of golden sand regularly recognised as one of the UK’s best beaches. Popular for surfing, swimming and family beach days, it’s one of North Devon’s most loved coastal destinations. Woolacombe village offers a laid-back atmosphere with pubs, cafés and restaurants, while nearby highlights include Morte Point, Baggy Point, Ilfracombe harbour and the dramatic landscapes of Exmoor National Park. Saunton Golf Club is also within easy reach.
