The Accommodation
From the private, covered parking space, a few steps lead down to the pool and terrace area, where the bungalow’s main entrance is located. On the secluded terrace, you’ll find a table and chairs, as well as comfortable lounge chairs and a beach umbrella. The large pool (approx. 9 x 4.5 m and 1.8 m deep) with a “Roman staircase” guarantees swimming fun for the whole family. The partially covered terrace invites you to enjoy your meals outdoors in the midday heat or on the rare occasions when it rains, while taking in the view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountain landscape.

The entrance leads into the tastefully furnished living room with panoramic windows and a dining table for 4 people. The Smart TV receives all German TV channels via a satellite dish or additional international channels via the internet. You can also access paid streaming services, such as Netflix, using your own password. Wi-Fi with 400 Mbits is available free of charge during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen, which features a window overlooking a small palm garden, includes a stove with 4 ceramic burners and an oven, a microwave, a sink, a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, juicer, fridge-freezer combo, and plenty of dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and silverware, as well as various other accessories. In a small utility room, accessible from the kitchen, you’ll find a washing machine, condenser dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, clothes drying rack, and some cleaning supplies.

A hallway leads from the living area to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Each bedroom features two double beds with two single mattresses and is equipped with air conditioning. Spacious built-in closets with ample storage space and plenty of hangers provide plenty of room. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool terrace. The bedroom doors and windows are additionally fitted with sliding insect screens and feature secure exterior blinds.

The two bedrooms share a natural-light bathroom with a mirror, shower, and toilet. The bathroom offers ample storage space in the built-in cabinets.

The entire house is equipped with a 3-zone air conditioning system and an alarm system. If necessary, you can activate or deactivate the alarm system using a code that you will receive upon arrival.

The residential area is known for its villas and houses, many of which offer ocean views and are set in attractive surroundings. Shopping options (Mercadona, ALDI, Masymas, etc.) can be found in Pego (approx. 6 km). The nearest beach is about 10 km away.
