About this apartment rental
A tropical and cozy penthouse inspired by Petromacorisian culture, with direct access to the golf courses, a beach club with a restaurant and bar, tennis, paddle tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, as well as the shopping plaza... All just a short walk from the penthouse! Located in the luxurious Playa Nueva Romana residential complex, filled with palm trees and a splendid beach that stretches for more than two kilometers along the turquoise waters of the incomparable Caribbean Sea.
The Space
Upon entering, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, electric stove, and all necessary utensils), followed by a spacious dining room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful residential complex and its communal pool. In addition, there’s a cozy living room equipped with speakers built into the wall so you can listen to music throughout the penthouse with just a tap on your phone. There’s also a half-bath, followed by a bedroom with two queen-size beds, a balcony, and a full bathroom. The second floor houses the remaining bedrooms, each with a balcony and full bathrooms, as well as a small living room featuring a massage bed for enjoying the service (seasonal, additional cost) and a TV for family time. Finally, the third floor features a spacious terrace and, of course, a cozy hot tub.
