The penthouse is located in a small friendly compound with a swimming pool, within the Guavaberry Golf and Country Club with its 18 hole golf course designed by Gary Player, tennis courts, and a private white sand beach in Juan Dolio. Located 20 minutes from Las Americas international airport, and 50 minutes from Santo Domingo,
Very bright and with high ceilings, the apartment is stylishly decorated with Italian designer furniture, spacious living room and and two dining areas, plasma TV, WiFi, air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, a large terrace with dining area, sun deck and private jacuzzi accommodating 6 persons, three bedrooms with full en-suite bathroom, and parking for two cars. The masters bedroom has a terrace with a hammock with a stunning view of the golf course. The terraces as well as all windous and doors are equipped with mosquito net protection as well as hurricane safe shutters. Cleaning, and laundry services are included in the price. Baby sitting and cooking services are available upon request.
Surrounded by exotic birds and wildlife, you can benefit from the peace, quiet and safety of a gated community and enjoy the beach club in the nearby town of Juan Dolio (about 10 minutes by car) where you will find several restaurants and other amenities, a doctor’s clinic, pharmacy, bakery and super markets. Santo Domingo is only a car ride away and there are several local cultural attractions nearby.
Our terraces' jacuzzi and hammock invite you to just take a book or enjoy the amazing greenery and bird life of the place, after a day on the beach.
Our full time maid is an excellent cook and can prepare the most delicious Caribbean food. She is also a very nice and patient babysitter in case you would like to enjoy an evening or day out.
An interesting feature of our place is its spacious leaving room and its particular atmosphere. It is furnished and decorated with original paintings and Italian design furniture. The kitchen is functional, spacious with an eat-in area seating 4.

The penthouse is in the Guavaberry Country Club Resort property. It is very spacious with high quality finishes. The ladies are available to cook the most delicious Dominican meals. You can go for long walks on the practically empty golf course. It is about a 20 minute drive to the beach. It is a 40 minute drive to get groceries and 60 minutes to Santo Domigo. If you want a quiet relaxing time than this is the place. You should be able to speak a little more than basic Spanish.

I must say that the Penthouse was breathtaking. The two ladies Carina and Viola were fantastic. They were so attentive and so caring we could not ask for more of them. The Penthouse spacious beautiful, clean, overlooking the golf course. I personally would only recommend this property to travelers that want to get away from the daily routine of city life. If they would want to go to relax and enjoy quite time. I would not recommend the property for children nor young adults. If you don't have a car it is impossible to get from point A to point B without a car. There are no amenities for children only bikes. Nothing to do inside the compound for entertainment. The nearest place for entertainment, restaurants its about 25 to 30 minutes away. We had access to the Guavaberry Country Club to say the least it did not meet our expectations. Other than that the Penthouse is beautiful for relaxation, you get a cook and cleaning lady. They both are great cooks and just overall amazing ladies I will miss them.
